Coaching in women's football since 2010, I have found that not enough teams can match the desire to develop beginners with the reality of it within a league team. Hence FIRMITUDE was founded to give players a space to learn and play without the loom of selections and unknown oppositions. FIRMITUDE also provides a place for the veterans and the causal players that would play league football is the body was willing, and or the lifestyle allowed. It is a great place, and it is quite possible that it is the best thing I have ever done with my time.
